Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that our Website Designs and or Web Templates will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of using Yersite.com Website Designs and or Website Templates. should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.

3. Support                                            

Yersite.com Services only provide Website Designs and or Web Templates to be installed  into a Yersite.com Hosting environment "as is" and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

Support for Yersite.com Website Designs and or Website Templates services are only available for those who have a paid support agreement with Yersite.com. Extended service or services beyond the initial Website setup is provided at Yersite.com's discretion.

Support for Yerstie.com Website Designs and or Web Templates are provided as long as Yersite.com  is actively in service in a Website hosting capacity. Should any one of the following occur, Yersite.com will no longer be responsible for providing support or continued service:

• Yersite.com is no longer actively engaged as a service under Yersite.com Web Design and Hosting Service.
• Yersite.com or the parent company is purchased or bought out by another company.
• WordPress is no longer actively developed.

Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our customer Web services we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

4. Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are generated automatically for WordPress, Plugins, and Addons; and may cause or disrupt the working functionality of Website Designs and or Website Templates provided by Yersite.com. As such, these Updates can cause unexpected conflict with Website functionality and Yersite.com will not be responsible for conflicts, or disruptions caused by 3rd party vendor software compatibility.

5. Website Delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your Website Design and or Website Template will be produced by Yersite.com and upon completion placed into the Yersite.com Hosting environment. The Website will be available on the web for public viewing. Any restrictions placed on your site to be viewed by other countries outside the United States is at the discretion of Yersite.com.

6. Ownership

All Website Designs and or Templates are property of Yersite.com. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
